Case Management*
fiCS’ Case management module is designed to speed the return to work for those people with injuries. The system provides the health professional with a case management tool to give track progress from the initial incident to restricted duties and back to full productivity.
Integration with the other modules allows the employee, the employee’s supervisor and the health professionals to co-operatively develop a plan for managing the injured employee’s return to work.
