Complaints
The system has been designed for a manufacturing system to track complaints against Stock Keeping Units (SKU’s) or manufactured components. The system can then automatically send out letters to the appropriate parties such as customers.
The system provides traceability to either the manufacturing department or supplier and allocate costs.
