Induction Sheets
A record of all induction processes and associated actions can be kept by fiCS. The various induction processes in an organisation vary by department and over time as new steps are introduced and old steps removed. Various templates can be defined to deliver consistent results and a full induction history is kept and easily monitored.
Checking progress throughout the induction process assists the development of smooth and efficient induction. Each step can be individually allocated and actions triggered with full traceability. Induction gaps can be easily remedied when reviewed subsequent to later events.
