Project Management
The project management system has been designed to ensure individual project are integrated with all other business functions. From the project module you can review all other accessible modules. fiCS filters information only associated with the current project. For example you can view all Incidents, Meetings and Audits related to your current project.
In addition to this project function the module itself has:
- Full security requirements based on allowing contractors or joint venture partners to access the system and have restricted views
- Can hold all the working documents and track updates.
- Create your working document folders and grant access to the various folders
- Select people for the project by the required skill sets from contractors or the internal staff list.
- Manage the contractor compliance requirements to ensure this area of the project runs smoothly
- The reporting system can generated reports based on individual projects
